The academic prowess of the College was illuminated by the likes of Franklin Chukwuma, Christopher Ajuwa and Nwose to mention but few whose WAEC aggregates stunned the nation.
It is imperative to remember one of the most outstanding academia of the College Mr. Michael Nwabueze whose poetic ingenuity won Laurels, fame and ambassadorial diplomacy to the College.
Today, his name and works has been translated into many sobriquets which include Oyibosochukwu, Tegbesu Ija-Nwokorobo Ndegintuna Negwe-OSE and Akirika 2000.
